HARDCOVER. SIGNED. Signed by Mario Vargas Llosa. First Edition, First printing copy. 1966 Edition. The copyright page says, "First Edition." This appears to be a "working copy" of the book by the author. Excellent Condition Copy. The rear dust jacket has a slight top edge clean tear only. Not price clipped ($5.95 GP-339). The first front end page (FFEP), has a notation, "la Cicudad Y Los Perros" - Mario Vargas Llosa Peru 1966." There is a faint hint of the writing of the title on the Dust Jacket Spine in Spanish by the same hand that notated the above information on the FFEP. Slight page toning for a book that is 50 years old. NOT Remaindered, NOT Inscribed, NOT Ex-library, No creased pages, NOT Book Club Edition, NOT Price clipped, or Read. The book has no other flaws.
