In original plum cloth, titled in gilt on front and spine; chocolate brown coated endpapers; [1]-163, [9]pp; 6pp of publisher's ads at rear. A straight, sound copy, spine sunned, extremities rubbed; remnants of bookplate to front pastedown, one or two minor pencil marks but largely clean: Very Good.
