First ed. thus; previous ed. 1917 by Sully & Kleintech. 112 p., clean and unmarked within but name of former owner and address is on back end page and scribbling on back paste-down; front end page missing. Charming b&w ill., some full-page. One-inch open tear on margin of very tan half t.p.; gutters cracked but volume is square with text block firm and boards attached. Red boards with black lettering are scuffed and bumped with faint ink stains in places.
