George Routledge & Sons, 1888. Hardcover. Good/None. Pages are clean, aside from previous owner's name stamps. Bindings are shaken and some preliminary pages are loose in Volume 1. Hinges are starting, Volume 1 has a loosening joint. Rubbing and scuffing to boards, staining to labels. Nice deckled fore edges and bottom edges.

Synopsis

Toilers of the Sea, is a novel by Victor Hugo. The book is dedicated to the island of Guernsey, where Hugo spent 15 years in exile.
