With black and white engraved illustrations by Sydney P. Hall. Formerly property of a lending library, with rubberstampsings, pockets and white numerals to spine. --- In decorative tan cloth-covered boards with decorations and titling in brown and gilt on cover and spine. Though no publication date appears in book, a reference to 1885 appears on the colorful gift presentation page. --- With edgewear, soiling to cloth and somewhat loosened front cover; otherwise a sturdy, intact copy in this rather scarce edition.; Ex-Library; Small Octavo (7-1/2 to 8 in. tall); 599 pages .
