London: The Religious Tract Society. Good. Hardcover. 320 + ads p. 20 cm. No date. Bound in green, cloth-covered boards with stamped gilt and coloured titles and illustration. A little loose in the binding, with first signature broken at hinge, but holding. Cloth on the boards and spine is somewhat rippled. Tear to foot of spine. Worn at the corner tips. Text block edges have a little soil. Previous owners' names on the front endpapers. Inside pages have occasional light soil, and pages are somewhat toned. A children's adventure book from the late 19th or early 20th century. Includes fifteen black and white plates. .
