Heavy brown stock, measuring 29x46cm or 18x11 inches, with 2 color posters folding out to four and six times that size.The artist, an expressionist born in Poland, became a British citizen after World War II, which he had recorded extensively. His Chronicles began in 1953 and are considered a significant contribution to the historical record. This set deals with events and people of Moscow, Africa, Poland, England and elsewhere. Scarce in its complete form.Condition of this set:Very good with tape ghosts to the folder, occasional chipping to the edges of the prints, some of the folds are delicate, with small splits. Size: Large Folio (bigger than A3). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact.
