About This Item

London: Andrew Melrose. Good with no dust jacket. 1912. First Edition. Hard Cover. Remember that "good" in book language isn't. The hinges are all tight. The cover is worn & bumped, but sound. The map is torn at the last fold, where is was opened carelessly. The first three pages (fep, half title, and title pages) are torn (a good 3 "). The tears have been repaired on the reverse side of each page with tape. I haven't tried to remove it, but possibly with lighter fluid or acetone, it could be done. The fep tear goes through the "S" in the author's inscription. ; 6x9"; Signed by Inscribed By the Author .
