Briseaux," "Professor Fargo," "At Isella," "Guest's Confession," "Adina," and "De Grey: A Romance." Edel & Laurence A82; BAL 10703. First (and only) Printing, one of ca.2,000 copies. Octavo (19.25cm); in the first issue binding pine green linen-grain cloth, with titles stamped in gilt on spine and front cover, and publisher's imprint at base of spine in seriffed font measuring 3/4" long; dustjacket; x,309,[1]pp. Some beginning oxidation to spine gilt, some rubbing to crown and upper board edges, with a vintage booksellers ticket to lower rear pastedown; contents fresh; Near Fine. In the original pictorial dustjacket, priced $1.75 at lower spine; gently spine-sunned, lightly edgeworn, with a few small tears and attendant creases, and a few shallow losses (none affecting lettering or design) at crown and upper front panel; a longer tear extending from rear flap fold into rear flap; Very Good+.
