Printed on Van Gelder paper. Small quarto (approx. 6 3/8" wide by 9 5/8" tall), black cloth spine over glossy red paper-covered boards with titles and device on top cover in silver; spine titles a little rubbed. [12] 56 pages plus colophon. No glassine wrapper. Remnants of a slipcase will be included. 012306A
