Webster Groves, MO: Privately Printed, 1962. First edition. Plastic Comb Bound. Very Good. Thin quarto. Some wear to edges and corners of covers. 47 p. w/ additional unnumbered pages that include a 4 page glossary ( primarily geographical), a hand drawn geneology chart, and a well done by amateur large fold out map of southern Euope and the Near East highlighting Fischer's travels, with color added by hand to his outgoing and return routes. An uncommon bit of 19th century travel history, localy produced by the family of the traveler. Fischer, a cabinet maker, traveled to Alexandria via Istanbul, then to Jaffa and on to Jerusalem and elsewhere.
