Chicago: The Author, 1917. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. Octavo. 386pp., illustrated throughout with numerous black & white illustrations. Bound in blue cloth lettered in gilt, light wear at extremities; previous owner's name. The author coached and prepared locomotive firemen for promotion and he covers all the questions and answers needed for railroad examinations for the first, second and third year examinations as well as a number of miscellaneous questions and answers were added in order to meet the demands of all railroad companies. Internally clean; a very good copy.
