Contemporary full polished calf, spine, borders and returns elaborately gilt tooled, all edges gilt (lower board scratched and lightly marked - otherwise VG). Pp. [ii] + xxiv + 263 + [5] blank (bookplate on front paste-down; previous owners' neat inscriptions in contemporary hand on front prelim).
