NY: Knopf, 1928 297pp. Translated by Eden and Cedar Paul. Former owner inscription on front endpaper. Lower tip of the front board and spine ends are bumped. Tips and spine ends are rubbed. Former owner bookplate on inside front board. Old store embossed stamp on rear board and rear endpaper. Old price in ink on rear endpaper. Rear endpaper has a small tear at the top tip. Spine panel of jacket is missing the lower 1/3. Edges of jacket are missing small to moderate pieces. Edges have tears, creases, chipping. Spine panel and flap folds are heavily sunned with light toning to the inside of the jacket. Front panel has small light stains. Text is clean and unmarked.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good Minus/Poor Jacket.
