About This Item
Puerto Rico: U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, Forest Service, International Institute of Tropical Forestry, 1995. Paperback. Good +. Oversize paperbound with text in English and Portuguese. Signed and inscribed by the author on the title page, "A Kheryn, uma boa colega e amiga, John Parrotta Washington October 2005." A good+ copy with wear to the cover edges and minor bending at the corners. Some scuffs to the dark black covers, most obvious on the blank rear cover. Interior is actually very good - clean and unmarked, tight as if unread. And the pictures are full color and beautiful. 371 pp., photos on nearly every page - a detailed and enticing study of the trees of the Tapajos river in the Amazon rainforest.
