1st UK, 1937 - 2 copies available ship together, one price for both copies,no d/w on either copy. Copy 1 has a slight lean, boards shelf worn and spine darkened, ex lib copy with stamps on a Modern Lending Library piece of paper that has been glued to ffep. Tape repairs to hinge of half title page and also title page. Crease to rear free endpaper, slight foxing on prelims and what looks like 5 dampstains on pages 12 and 13 see scans. Copy 2 also grubby boards, spine faded with tears and lower third of spine has pulled away from hinge and torn across. Bookseller sticker on fep, and old faded small stamp of what seems a previous owner. Foxing to prelims and endpapers. Also a slight lean.
