Book is in excellent condition with very light shelf wear to covers only, sunning to spine, a bit of corner wear, though they are still sharp. Binding is solid and square, exterior shows no other blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind and contains many tipped-in b&w illustrations by Palmore, complete and all in excellent condition, including one of the author's head replicated from another portrait fronted by ostrich head, perhaps a statement of his common grimace. 213 pages. Marked ""First Edition"" on publisher's page.
