Contains: 'The Dog, The Brownie and the Bramble Patch'; 'The Little Girl who Curtsied to the Owl' and ' The Lost Merbaby'. Not dated. Edition and printing not known. In very good plus fawn cloth boards, with blue titles and silhouettes to front, spine and rear. The boards are very flat, firm and clean; spine and edges strong. Unmarked end papers with black silhouettes. Lightly tanned cut edges. The text block is tight, straight and clean, very good plus condition, with black and white silhouettes throughout. No dedications etc. Not paginated. Without jacket.

Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has heavy edgewear with areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Light tanning to spine and edges. Staining to front panel.

In overall good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - illustrated orange cloth boards a little marked and rubbed to edges, spine a touch faded. Internally clean. Binding tight; no annotations - gift inscription and address to ffep; light tanning to page-ends and prelims but text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.
