Cover (blue navy cloth boards with gold gilt particulars on front together with photogravures of the 2 subjects, no particulars on spine or back, tight, clear. Samuel Gridley Howe was the founder in 1829 of the Perkins School for the Blind. NOTED APPRAISER JAMES BEATTIE has ascribed a value to this copy of $75.00
