Near Fine (top edge soiled and stained, gilt a bit faded, gift inscription on fly-leaf); about Fine jacket. Lilley A.10. First collected in 1952 by Rinehart for the Periscope Book Shop and Holliday Bookshop in New York; the unsold stock was reissued in 1965 by Little, Brown, Powell's then American publisher (our copy), with publisher's label pasted to jacket's spine panel. N. B. With few exceptions (always identified), we only stock books in exceptional condition, with dust jackets carefully preserved in archival, removable mylar sleeves.
