Number 45 of 100 numbered copies, signed by author on limitation page. This includes a tipped-in original page from his typed working draft with cross-outs which he later signed in red ink for this limited edition. Bound in marbled paper and 3/4 black leather. Housed in a slipcase of marbled paper and blue silk Book and case are very fine.
