Illustrated endpapers, showing drawn black and white teddy bears. The text is illustrated with beautiful colour photography taken by Roland Kemp. Photographic laminated front cover with a montage of various teddy bears, with red and black writing on the front panel and red on the spine. Bottom corners are bumped and there is bumping along the top book edge. Head and heel of spine are also bumped. Some dust marks to the top paper edge and to the top book edge. Photographic dust wrapper, same illustration as for front cover, with white background and red and the writing on the front panel and red on the spine. Dustwrapper is rubbed and faded and the corners have very minor chipping. The white panels of the dustwrapper are somewhat discoloured and grubby and there was rubbing to the back panel and to the fore edges of the book. "The Ultimate Teddy Bear Book charts, for the first time, almost a century of teddies.". The book has an inscription on the half title page by the author. This is the first Australian edition.
