Pages 265 pp.8vo. Custom bound in full brown leather with inlaid depiction of Brier Rabbit on front cover, raised bands, top edge gilt. New and Revised Edition, first edition with Frost illustrations. 100 illustrations by A. B. Frost. Inscribed and signed by Harris on the verso of the frontis piece, Faithfully yours, Joel Chandler Harris, Christmas, 1905. Unique, unsigned binding by Helen Cole, a very competent amateur binder. In fine condition only minor fading to the spine leather.
