This work traces his career, from his early days in Tasmania, through his tough initiation in Test cricket, to the time when he was acknowledged as one of the true greats of the sport. Boon recalls the highlights of his career, including the 1987 World Cup victory and the 1995 defeat of the mighty West Indies.
