Two small duplicate release stamps, upper wrapper a bit hand-soiled, some small, light coffee splashes on upper fore-corner of upper wrapper, near very good. Edited by Bernadette Mayer and Lewis Warsh. Founded in November 1977 as a means of communication with the editors' New York friends, with contributions to this issue by Mayer, Coolidge, Warsh, Metcalf, et al. It was "...probably the last of the great mimeo magazines since by the mid-80s everyone had computers and all the magazines became perfect-bound with glossy covers so the bookstores would distribute them" - Warsh. CLAY & PHILLIPS, pp.198-9.
