NY: The MacMillan Company, 1936. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Second Printing. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. This is the 1937 Macmillan reprint of this work. Many of these dog stories are taken from magazines of the day including "The Biography of a Puppy" by Albert Payson Terhune reprinted from American Magazine. Boards are square with minor sighs of wear, spine slightly darkened but text block is intact, deckle edged pages are clean and bright, text is completely unmarked.. There is no jacket. This is a respectable copy. .
