US: Alfred A. Knopf, 1985. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First Edition, as stated. Quarter white cloth over white paper-covered boards with gilt AR emblem to front cover and gilt particulars to spine. Deckled fore edge. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block has a small red ink smear across top edge, but is otherwise clean. Boards are clean with light wear to extremeties. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is clean with light wear to edges and a single small closed tear to rear bottom corner. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
