Publishers cream mock-vellum, with gilt lettering and an oval portrait of Becky Sharp in a decorative gilt cartouche. Very minor marking to covers. Silk tie detached and missing half its length, but easily replaced. Illustrated endpapers, foxed as is fly-leaf. All other pages bright and clean. Illustrations very bright. Top edge gilt. Uncut pages. Two of the contents pages are unopened. 483pp. 20 tipped in colour plates by Lewis Baumer. LIMITED EDITION of 350 signed and numbered by the artist, of which this is no. 168.
