New York: Cochrane Publishing Company, 1909 125pp. Front board has very many small stains. Front cover title is rubbed but very readable! Edges of boards are rubbed. Tips and spine ends are bumped and rubbed. Lower edge of front board is fraying near the spine heel. Edges have heavy dust staining. Old bookstore sticker inside front board. Inside boards have bubbling. Inside boards and endpapers have light foxing. Front endpaper has light smudges. Lower tip of rear board is stained. Top edge of all pages have a damp stain. One signature is cracked. Text is clean and unmarked. . First Edition ?. Hardcover. Poor/No Dust Jacket.
