G+ in brown cloth, light rubbing to extremities; darkening to endpapers and several pages from newsclipping inserts; but otherwise pages are unmarked and clean, binding is tight. Fair- DJ is in two pieces; front panel and flap detached from spine, back panel and back flap, with small tears to front, back and spine, and darkening to spine. 99pp.
