In very good condition with good dustwrapper (dw; a couple of minor handling marks else bright, some minor rubbing to corners, corners cut but NOT Price clipped). Cover clean and smart. Some mild foxing to endpapers. Neat inscription to front “Peter Kenward. Feb. ‘44.” Page edges rough/uncut. Clean and tight throughout. Else a very good clean and tight copy. 143pp. For five years Powys absorbed the colour, the atmosphere and the character of New York, and gives an unforgettable picture of the city and its people in those roaring days of the early 'twenties. Limited edition of 900 of which this is no. 78.
