Typed on onion-skin, with notes of errata at end. Bound in a kind of burgundy cloth over boards, and covered in a plastic jacket. cxxiv, 2-135 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
