Peterborough, Ontario: Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee. Fair in Very Good dust jacket. 1992. Hardcover. 126 p. 22 x 26 cm. Sound and square binding in green, cloth-covered boards. Light wear to edges and corners. Top edge of text block lightly foxed. One leaf has been removed neatly from the book and is laid in. (hence the Fair rating). It has three tiny tape shadow marks on its edges. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dustjacket has minor edgewear and is rubbed with light scratches. There is a small crinkle on the top edge of the front panel. A selection of black and white photographs from the collection of former Peterborough Ontario mayor T. H. G. Denne. The author has added descriptive text. Signed by the author on the title page. .
