The author, like General Mitchell is and air power proponent fighting against an earthbound army and navy that cannot see how air power/superiority has given the Axis powers the ability to accomplish their military goals- Pearl Harbor, Poland, France. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
