Boston, MA: L. C. Page & Company, 1908. Hardbound. FAIR. Text block is tight, with rough cut side and bottom edges and bright gilt top edge, but endpapers are cracked along inner hinges. Front and back covers are wonderfully bright and unmarked but have rubbing at corners and spine hinge. Spine covering is bright and clean but softened at ends. The frontispiece photo of King Haakon VII still has it's protective tissue. 332 indexed pages, illustrated throughout with black and white photos, plus "Suggestions for Travelers" and Bibliography.
