The Vikings (Lost Worlds) by J.M. Clements - 2007-10

First hardcover edition, published by Sterling, 2007. Oversized children's illustrated book on Vikings, their history, lore, and legends. Sturdy boards with a die cut circular hole on the front board with a view of an illustration of a Viking ship on the first flyleaf page. 11-1/4" X 11-1/4", 134 pages, glossy stock text pages. Fully illustrated throughout. Several fold out pages and other interactive features reveal large illustrations and maps. One of the fold out pages has a crease mark and some short closed tears of about 1/4" at the edges - the fold out starting on page 49. Besides that though, the remaining fold outs are intact. Boards show just very small dots of wear to the tips of the corners. No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. The binding is tight and square. This is not a remainder copy, not a library discard. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
