This label is only fixed to the margin it will lift up to read the text. Mr. Neal was in the US secret service for 31 years and was the Assistant Chief when he retired in 1957. He is the author of 20 non-fiction books mostly juvenile titles. The Book is Illustrated by Jules Gotlieb. ; Jules Gotlieb; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 86 pages; Signed by Author .
