About This Item
The sole UK printing published by Wishart & Co., London in 1932. The BOOK is in Very Good++ condition. Some light pushing to the extreme spine tips and a little bumping to the corners. Light toning to the spine and a few mild age related markings to the boards. Mild toning and spotting to the text-block with a little spotting to the page edges in a few places. Light spotting to the prelims. Two small neat penned previous owner's details to the front blank end-paper. A small area of staining to the rear lower hinge. The fragile WRAPPER is complete and is in Very Good++ condition. Mild toning to the spine and folds. A little light edge-wear at the spine ends with a few small closed tears. The wrapper presents very well in the removable Brodart archival cover. An elusive title from the author of 'South Riding'. The first we have handled. Ashton Rare Books welcomes direct contact.
