Spine ridge, corners lightly bumped, slight soil/foxing to top edge, faint dampstain to top edge of rear board. Bookplate removed from ffep, PO name has been heavily crossed out from same. Small pencilled bullets next to list of books by author. Sound and square. The price clipped DJ in mylar has dampstain to top edge of spine and rear panel, and a scrape to rear panel, minor foxing. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
Synopsis
Visions of Cody is a novel by Jack Kerouac, perhaps his most stylistically free and varied. It was written in 1951-1952, and though not published in its entirety until 1973, it had by then achieved an underground reputation. Since its first printing, Visions of Cody has been published with an introduction by Beat poet Allen Ginsberg titled "The Visions of the Great Rememberer.
