Half-calf over pebble marble boards, all edges marble, matching marble endpapers. Contemporary inscription dated 1858. Engraved frontispiece, tissue, engraved title vignette, xvii, 539 pp. Calf rubbed, one spine label partially missing, small hole poked in spine leather. Foxing to front engravings, a few small waterstains to edges. Chipping to rear endpaper along edge. Hinges sound, book tightly bound. Internals very good. Good..
