No Publisher indicated, Privately printed by Henry G. Dalton in memory of his wife Julia Dalton. Unpaginated (2 leaves, plus eight unnumbered plates); The eight plates are color-tinted photogravures. SIGNED by Henry G. Dalton. "Vistas from Edgewater Gardens, the delight of Julia Dalton, who created and nurtured them, and in whose gracious Memory this little book is sent to you. 12611 Lake Shore Boulevard Cleveland [Ohio] 1938" [signed]: Henry G. Dalton. Subjects of the plates: 1. Exterior of the house 2. Interior of an open porch with a sculpture 3. View of the Lake Erie shore line with lawn & trees 4. Daffodils on a hillside 5. Garden scene with stairs, trees, flowering shrubs 6. Garden scene with path, weeping willow tree 7. Garden sculpture of two running figures 8. Garden sculpture of a standing figure in an empty pool with purple tulips, daffodils, etc. Dalton, was a Cleveland shipping magnate and industrialist. A SCARCE publication with WorldCat showing holdings in 6 Cleveland Libraries and the Smithsonian. Showing some light general wear to exterior, internally plates are clean and bright. Signed.
