Los Angeles: Samuel Jacoby 1949. First Edition. Hardcover. Presentation copy to the Public Library Omaha Nebraska. but no library markings, with a full page presentation inscription from the author on the front free endpaper explaining the purpose of the book at length. The author has also placed a quote about what a Good Book is on the following blank leaf. The author has also placed a Jesus stamp on the dedication page and added Jesus [undescored] next to the printed dedication, with a quote, and then his signature, address and year under that. The address on the title page has been lined through, and a small plain label placed over the author's name on the front flap of the Dust Wrapper. "The 112 spirit messages in this book were received and written down by Mr. Jacoby from the Higher Plane of Expression through the Divine Power of clairaudience, accentuated by an extra sensory perception to enable him to receive thse transcendent communcations...In The pages of this book is contained the distillation of the wisdom and learning possessed by these 112 men and women who have made the ascension to the spirit land of eternal life". Blue textured binding with yellow/gold gilt lettering, 413 pages. Very good copy with spine ends and corners bumped, in Fair jacket that is badly torn plus some chipping/creasing/edgewear with a small area of staining to the front panel.
