Fanning sailed the South Seas for 25 years, traveling the Pacific, around the world, China, Australia, South Georgia, Fiji, the Marquesas, etc. This work was first pub. in 1833 before this 1924 reprint edition from the Marine Research Society. On the rear e.p.are marks indicating the removal of a pocket or label o/w there are NO library markings inside or out. Attractive blue cloth bound hard cover book in v.g. or better cond. No d/w.
