(B&W photographs, maps) A history of the achievements of the Wabash Valley Association (formed in 1957) in the area of water management in the Wabash River Valley region of Indiana and southeastern Illinois. Affixed to the front endpaper is a brochure with a beautiful fold-out color panoramic illustration, to give the reader "an idea of what a watershed is and how it should behave." .
