London: Duckworth, 1926. First Thus. Cloth. Good +/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Fifth printing, the first edition bound in a single volume. Green cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Black and white frontispiece; folding map to rear. Cloth is worn at outer corners of boards and at head and heel of spine with a split along rear hinge. Pages are browned with dampstaining to fore edges.
