Chicago, Rand McNally/ Philadelphia, Sunoco, [1942]. Folding map.12 panels. 67x48 cm. Date: a note says "Status when U.S. entered the war." Issued early in 1942 as much of the military situation reflects 1941 events. Someone has used pencil to cross out Guam and other casualties of the Japanese surge. Lowell Thomas' name appears only because as an NBC newscaster, he reported much of what was happening. Stock# 34849. Good, but some folds torn.
