Hardcover with dust jacket, 144 pages including black-and-white and full colour illustrations ("---specially commissioned colour artwork and diagrams, maps and numerous contemporary photographs") on almost every page; book very gently used, some light shelf wear along bottom cover edges, discreet ink gift inscription on first blank page, otherwise very clean and unmarked throughout, pages fresh and white; DJ bumped along edges, several tiny chips/tears, two short tears, corner crease to back flap, considerably wrinkled, possibly due to exposure to moisture but there is no staining inside to either the book or the DJ.
