Signed by the author, number 134 of a limited de-luxe edition of 150 copies.

Hardback – publisher's cloth with title to spine, sewn-in ribbon pagemarker, in a dustwrapper. 239pp plus b/w plates + facsimile pages. 9.25 x 7.5 inches approx. (237mm x 194mm).

Dustwrapper a little worn and creased, some bruising to spine ends. Boards lightly knocked to lower corner; cloth clean and bright. Light age toning to edges of page-block.

Overall, showing some light wear but otherwise a nice, clean copy.
