Lippencott, 1866 Bound in blind stamped blue cloth with bright gilt spine titles, 324 and 336 pp., revised edition, expanded and enlarged. Faint stain on the back cover touching the spine, some pin holes to the front gutter, fairly heavy foxing to the first few pages of each volume, occasional foxing throughout. Still, a quite well preserved example with both tissue guards still present and protecting the frontises, largely unread.
