New York, New York, U.S.A.: The Viking Press, 1983. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Inscribed By Author on Title Page. 1st Edition. Book in inscribed by author "For Chuck from..." and then signed. Book's fly leaf is skinned and glue stained where a book plate was removed and a corner of the page is clipped. Also, book is age discolored and corner bumped/worn. Dust jacket is edge worn and corner chipped and has a chip out of the top of the back panel. Dust jacket protected by removable Brodart cover. .

Synopsis
